to use TAM data. But with no compulsion or obligation on users to follow this advisory, we did raise the question of the point of this well meaning but perhaps ineffective advice. Storyboard editor Anant Rangaswami caught up with TAM CEO LV Krishnan and got him to explain what he hopes to achieve with these guidelines.
